Our polite, efficient, understanding manner of doing business cuts down on resident problems and turnover on your property. TNT Inc.'s method of showing properties is proven to be highly successful. A complete video of your property will be made and shown as “one stop shopping” to prospective residents here in the comfort of our office. Everyone is treated with the utmost respect and given as much help as possible, serving in the best interests of both yourself and your property. ¯Broker and General Manager – Dominique has been with TNT, Inc. since 1995 and has grown with the company reflecting all of the values and integrity which TNT, Inc. represents. She has initial contact with property owners, securing an easy transition into our company. Personally familiar with every property, she reviews all contracts, keeps current with legislation pertaining to property management and maintains the day-to-day operations of the company. Ø Front Office/Leasing Agents – Candace and Richelle present TNT Inc.’s first impression. Previewing properties on video, taking applications, receiving rents, answering the phones, and then to screening your prospective residents; reviewing their applications with a fine-toothed comb! Composing rental contracts, educating residents about their legally binding responsibilities, and tracking and preparing all lease renewals play a large part in protecting your interests. Ø Administrative Assistant to Leasing – Michelle performs all of the above and more. She also generates all of the owner renewal contracts, reviews and generates work orders from the drive by list and anything else which is helpful to the leasing department or to Dominique. Ø General Office Associate – Sylvia performs many tasks incidental to the overall office procedures, including filing, answering phones, and the many detailed tasks requested by other staff members. ¯ Chief Financial Officer – Pattie has been with TNT, Inc. since 2000 and oversees the multitude of transactions that culminate in your monthly statement, paying close attention to detail and accuracy. Her responsibility covers a wide range of management functions as well as fulfilling the accounting requirements of the I. R. S. and Arizona Department of Real Estate. Ø Administrative Accounting Assistant – Tony coordinates all of our resident move outs. A 30-day notice to vacate sets him into motion; scheduling the inspection, cleaning, carpet cleaning, work orders and re-key. He researches and prepares all of the final paperwork for each resident vacancy, following through with the resident’s final move out accounting. Exceptional detailed work is required for this position. He also performs various accounting functions necessary to the operation of the business performing many data entries and maintaining paper trails for our owners. ¯ Maintenance Manager – Keneen coordinates our reliable and trustworthy maintenance crew and preferred, licensed vendors. Her goal is to maintain your property efficiently and economically while protecting your investment. From painting to minor electrical, plumbing and general maintenance, the maintenance department handles everything! TNT Inc.’s Maintenance crew consists of: Ø Jim and Rick, both have added their expertise to our growing company, taking care of all general maintenance, inspections and most of our annual and bi-annual maintenance services. Ø Scott, is our “Master Painter” and very knowledgeable in all aspects of home maintenance.
