The TNT, Inc. Mission Statement!

We at TNT, Inc. are dedicated to furnishing the Prescott area community with a competent management company, which will handle your business with honesty, reliability, and integrity. We are a full service firm with a unique way of handling your property. We are proud to say that we are the only property management firm in our community dedicated solely to the management of your property. We do not perform sales functions.


We are now celebrating Thirty-two years of challenging our competitors to rise to the level of professionalism that TNT, Inc. has established within our community! As members of the Prescott and Prescott Valley Chambers of Commerce, our services are made known to all inquiries interested in relocation.


Our polite, efficient, understanding manner of doing business cuts down on resident problems and turnover on your property. TNT, Inc.'s method of showing properties is proven to be highly successful. Our website is available for everyone to preview properties at their convenience and from any location. Everyone is treated with the utmost respect and given as much help as possible, serving the best interests of you and your property.

THE *TNT* TEAM


  • BROKER & GENERAL MANAGER ~ DOMINIQUE  dominique@tntprescott.com has been with TNT, Inc. since 1995 and has grown with the company, reflecting the values and integrity, which TNT, Inc. represents. She has initial contact with property owners, securing an easy transition into our company. Personally familiar with every property, she reviews all contracts, keeps current with legislation pertaining to property management, and overseas the day-to-day operations of the company, our properties and our residents.
  • PROPERTY MANAGER ~ PRISCILLA priscilla@tntprescott.com works closely with Dominique. She helps with onboarding new properties as well as supporting the overall operation of TNT, Inc. She is currently learning the ropes of scheduling resident move outs and property inspections.
  • LEASING AGENT ~ BARBARA  barbara@tntprescott.com presents TNT, Inc.'s first impression! She welcomes everyone into our office whether it is in person, on the phone, or online. She accepts rental applications for prospective residents, performs a detailed investigation of each application, reviews the prospective resident’s qualifications, drafts the lease and completes the move in process. 
  • ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT~ ANGELA angela@tntprescott.com assists all departments as she inputs and updates resident information, processes resident lease renewals, follows up on insurance, performs and follows up on compliance concerns, and is available to assist any department to facilitate a smooth and efficiently run office.
  • QUALITY ASSURANCE COORDINATOR ~ LISA  lisa@tntprescott.com processes concerns arising from move outs to verify that all work completed was accurate and justified. She updates our procedures as technology and policies evolve and oversee social media and mass communications to our Residents. If there are questions, she will find the answer.
  • COMPUTER SUPPORT ~ ROB position is generalized; however, his main objective is to keep our computers healthy and keep us on the cutting edge of technology.
  • ACCOUNTING  – Is done by an offsite firm Proper AI. You can ask Dominique or Priscilla questions, and they will get back to you with the answer as soon as possible.
  • MAINTENANCE MANAGER ~ KENEEN  keneen@tntprescott.com manages our reliable and trustworthy maintenance crew and preferred, licensed vendors. Her goal is to maintain your property efficiently and economically while protecting your investment. From painting to minor electrical, plumbing and general maintenance, the maintenance department handles everything! 
  • Maintenance Technicians ~ 
    RICK     is always available and has a vast pool of knowledge.
    STEVE     is truly a “Jack of all trades.” They complete work from painting and minor electrical to plumbing and general maintenance, the maintenance department handles everything! They also complete our new property/move out inspections and annual/bi-annual maintenance services. They do this with a great work ethic and get the job done right.

Arizona is full of unique and often breathtaking surprises - we’ve only listed a few! The natural wonders abound including The Grand Canyon, The Tonto Natural Bridge, and Monument Valley; along with countless others grace our state. It may be the only place on earth where the sun shines when it rains and the snow melts so quickly it’s hard to imagine that it was here! Theatre, nature, great dining, sports, casinos - whatever your pleasure, Arizona seems to accommodate a little bit of everything!
